The CoP is to provide leadership in the management and implementation of an emergency program that is funded by UNHCR and UNICEF. The response is led by FH with Medical Teams International contracted to implement the program with the Rohingya. This position will lead and work with the MTI Head of Mission in Cox’s Bazar (CXB), and will be responsible for the management and oversight of the project, including working with MTI in the preparation and management of work plans, monitoring project progress, timely delivery of all reporting and deliverables, ensuring performance quality, and complying with donor, Food for the Hungry and MTI internal requirements. Furthermore, this position will lead planning, coordination and implementation efforts with representatives from Government of Bangladesh representatives, UN agencies, sectoral working groups, implementing partners and all other relevant stakeholders. The CoP is responsible to lead the overall operations, logistics and administrative leadership of the project and supervise the head of programs.

Key Result #4 – Financial Management.
Key Result #5 – Representation.
This is a grant funded program; the expected end date is December 2018, although there is the potential for the grant to be extended or another proposal to be approved.
