CARE is seeking CVs for short-term and long term inputs from experienced international experts (Foreign Nationals) for the Business Planning and Linkage Specialist position.
The specialist will be responsible for coordinating and delivering activities to successfully implement the energy based livelihood strategies for micro-enterprises.
Qualification:
At least bachelor’s degree in business administration or rural development. Experience of 10 years in buisiness planning and linkage with market actors is preferred. Expertise in working with rural electricity distribution companies and/or cooperatives would be preferable. Undertstanding of the value chain based approaches is preferred. Previous experience in developing countries in the region is preferable.
