THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to support on the implementation of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities within Rohingya crisis response across Child Protection, Health and Nutrition with ensuring collaboration between all sectors across the response.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
·Significant experience in working in implementing psychosocial programs in emergencies
·Familiarity with IASC MHPSS guideline.
·Demonstrable experience in supervising and managing others
·Experience in capacity building, coaching and care for staff
·Experience in overseeing program implementation , quality and development
Personal Skills:
·Strong people and communication skills, diplomatic and assertive as needed
·Culturally sensitive to a difficult context
·Good team player, enjoy being part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
·Personal maturity and ability to mentor
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months
