Here’s where you come in:

As Accelerating Healthy Agriculture & Nutrition Partnership Director, you will provide overall coordination, leadership and oversight of the program, and will be responsible for the overall quality, timeliness and efficiency of the program, and ensuring the program complies with all internal (WV) and donor (EU and ANCP) requirements including financial management and reporting requirements.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree or Post-graduate studies with equivalent experience in a relevant field required. Degree in Public Health, Agriculture or Nutrition an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience managing consortiums with multiple implementing partners.
  • Knowledge of donor requirements for grant funded programs, including policies and regulations (knowledge of donor requirements for EU funded programs an advantage).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management including working with host-country professionals, government ministries and donors.
  • 10 years’ experience in international development, including at least 5 years in senior grant management positions preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage international development programs in complex political/ cultural environments.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Be prepared to travel to implementation sites and national, regional, global meetings as required.
