Purpose of Activity/Assignment:
- Provide technical support to embed skills in to secondary curriculum framework, pedagogy and teaching-learning materials development during curriculum revision process by NCTB.
- Provide technical support to develop skill assessment toolkit following comprehensive national skills framework for adolescents
- Develop a strategy for developing ideas, solutions, interactive activities, contents to create an open platform (apps, e-learning courses or games) as part of facilitating skill acquisitions for adolescents, teachers and professionals.
- Develop pedagogical solutions with methods, process, steps, assessment and it’s monitoring (in collaboration with DSHE monitoring division) by following competencies of national curriculum to acquire competencies (skills) in secondary schools.
- Contribute in developing and conducting implementation research on skills related piloting activities.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Social science, Development studies.
- 08 years of working experiences in social development field, especially on gender and education program. Sound technical knowledge and experiences on soft/transferable skills, developing training modules, guidelines on skill-based education program design, implementation and monitoring. Sound Technical understanding on research as well as experience in the areas of secondary education is an asset.
