Subsequently it will be expanded in the remaining three Upazilas after successful completion of piloting. 3) Identify the existing tools and applications that the government uses for digital data collection and reporting purposes
4) Identify the most optimal and cost-effective process of real-time data collection taking into consideration the tools and applications that the government currently uses
5) Develop or adapt technology based mobile application for collecting and reporting accurate, sex disaggregated data for GMP
6) Identify mechanisms how the data can be easily integrated with the government’s existing health information systems
7) Develop a comprehensive training package/module with mobile technology materials for its specific audience including direct program participants (CNF, MCHN Officer, Organizer, M&E officer) and indirect project participants (CHCP, HA, FWA)
8) Develop success criteria of the pilot based on which scale up decisions will be made later.
