RFP for Hiring Int’l Facilitator for PEAKS Training

A.Background:
In September 2015, World Vision Bangladesh (WVB), in a consortium with the World Food Programme (WFP), Winrock International (WI), and three local partner NGOs were awarded and undertook a $74m, 5 year USAID Food for Peace Title II Development Food Security Activity. The activity, titled Nobo Jatra– ‘New Beginning’ seeks to improve gender equitable food security, facilitate access to water and improved sanitation facilities, and, improve maternal child health and nutrition for PLWs and children under 2 years in southwest Bangladesh. These interventions are complimented with cross-cutting interventions of disaster risk reduction, accountability and governance, and, gender to ensure a holistic, inclusive and gender sensitive approach.
Nobo Jatra is implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief (MoDMR) in two districts targeting four Upazilas namely; Khulna and Shatkhira districts– Dacope and Koyra, and, Shyamnagar and Kaliganj Upazilas respectively. The activity will reach a total of 856,116 direct beneficiaries and 200,495 households.
To deliver and ensure that all Nobo Jatra team members are equipped with the right skills set and are capacitated to perform effectively and efficiently, Nobo Jatra is proposing a capacity building training to be held in Bangladesh using the internationally recognized approach of PEAKS.
PEAKS (Purpose, Energy, Affirmation, Knowledge, Sustainability) is a global online profiling analytics technology that measures and optimizes human capital at all levels of organizations and societies. It is a Strength-focused analytics platform that assesses the innate potential within individuals, tracks their development and aligns the best in everyone to the PEAKS they have chosen to scale.
PEAKS is based on extensive research employing best practices in leadership, personality and resilience development and is aligned to the Five Factor model of personality assessment researched in many universities today. PEAKS scores are normed against Industrial Benchmarks and are based on a large databank of actual empirical data, giving it a high level of predictive accuracy to analyze & predict workplace potential & performance based on local and global norms.
B. Objective and Scope:
This training program aims at developing optimal leadership within every unique individual who will, in turn effectively affirm, empower & affect Peak Performance in the team & community that they function within, to face the daily challenges & demands experienced in the corporate world.

· Workshop Date: any two days in between 25-29 August 2019, Additional two days should be planned as travel days.
